DreamCorp - Your Alternate Reality at Learning 2008

You will have a second job while attending Learning2008. Each of you will be an employee of DreamCorp - our alternate reality and game.

Before, during and even after Learning 2008, DreamCorp will grow, expand and engage you in a series of activities and competitions. For example, your phone might receive a Text Message during the first day of the event with a clue about an assignment that DreamCorp needs you to do. You will find yourself in table top discussions concerning key business decisions that DreamCorp must make. And, several of our keynoters will be asked to give direct advice to the management of DreamCorp about learning, training and performance.

DreamCorp will also be at the heart of an Alternate Reality Game that is being constructed for Learning 2008 by the faculty and students of the Institute for Simulation and Training at the University of Central Florida, facilitated by David Metcalf.  

You will have a chance to explore and experience a range of Alternate Reality activities - ranging from high-tech to low-tech - and consider how these could be integrated into the learning and development programs of your organization.
