Our Design
The DESIGN PROCESS of Learning 2008 is a key part of the excitement and effectiveness of Elliott Masie's events.
Starting in January, we have been building a DESIGN TEAM of over 400 learning leaders from Fortune 500 Learning and Training Departments. The DESIGN TEAM is defining the key themes and focus areas for Learning 2008. These include:

- Learning Technology & Systems
- Learning Professionals: Our Careers & Competencies
- Learning Experimentation & Research
- Learning Delivery (Classroom, On-Line, Performance Support)
- Learning Globally
These themes will evolve and expand as you and others register for Learning 2008. We will engage each participant in advocating for the key discussions and expertise that will help you face the future of learning in your organization and career.
